Our terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply to our delivery of our goods to you when you order/purchase an item on our website.

These terms and conditions apply when you order or purchase goods on the website. The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capabilities or in relevant laws and regulations). This is why we ask you to approve the terms each time you shop with us. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a user of the Website; any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means DEERHUNTER.
If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you will not be able to order or purchase items on the website.
An updated version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale is always available on our website.
Ordering
The online store is open 24 hours a day but may be closed during maintenance. As far as possible, we try to carry out such maintenance at night.
An order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Agreements can only be concluded via the website. We do not process orders placed by email or telephone.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy goods on the website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
We deliver to both private and business addresses as well as GLS PakkeShops in Denmark. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Contract language
The agreement can only be concluded in English.
Access to the contract
You will receive a confirmation of the content of the agreement and a copy of these terms and conditions by email. We store agreements entered into, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time. We recommend that you also save these documents, as they may not be available on the website afterwards.
Fraud prevention
In order to protect you from fraud and to maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may carry out verification checks. The verification check may include the data you submit when you place an order on the website, including your address and payment details.

Payment process
When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.
Reserved amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released by agreement with your card issuer.
- Mastercard - If you paid with a MasterCard, the money may be reserved in your account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase has been cancelled.
- Visa Electron - If you paid with a Visa Electron card, the money may be reserved in your account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase has been cancelled.
- Maestro Card - If you paid with a Maestro Card, the money may be reserved in your account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase has been cancelled.
- Visa - When paying with Visa, the purchase amount is reserved in your account until payment is made.
- MobilePay - When paying with MobilePay, the purchase amount is reserved in your account until payment is made.
- Wallet Payment - (GooglePay and ApplePay) the purchase amount is reserved in your account until payment is made.

Prices and delivery
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you selected when placing your order. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time can be found in the table below. However, ordered items or items that are not in stock may have a longer delivery time. You may also find that during a particularly busy period we indicate a longer than expected delivery time for specific items.
All listed prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs include taxes, VAT and duties. Delivery, shipping or postage costs may vary and will be added to each order.
We offer free shipping in selected countries for purchases of minimum amounts. See shipping prices, freight-free borders and which countries we deliver to below:

Shipping costs for the different delivery methods are clearly stated at the checkout. If we are unable to deliver your order in its entirety and have to split it up into several deliveries, you will not be charged extra fees for the subsequent deliveries.
Campaign prices only apply to the campaign products that are in stock. Promotional offers and discounted products cannot be combined with discount codes. If the discount code is nevertheless activated in combination with another discount code or with one or more already discounted products that further reduce the price of the item(s), Deerhunter is entitled to charge the customer the corresponding amount or cancel the order. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and discounts at any time without further notice.
We accept no liability for obviously incorrect prices. Obviously incorrect prices may be, but are not limited to, incorrect price reductions in connection with campaigns or that an item is free of charge. Deerhunter is always entitled to cancel orders that contain obviously incorrect prices. The customer can then place a new order at the correct price.
Delivery terms
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, England, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary and Wales.
The delivery address is specified when the order is placed. We deliver to PacelShops, private and business addresses in Denmark – but not to P.O. boxes.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Svalbard, Isle of Man and Jan Mayen is unfortunately not possible.
We reserve the right for some of the delivery methods not to apply to specific addresses and time intervals. Only the delivery methods that you can choose for your delivery address will be visible when you complete your order. We reserve the right to deliver to a different delivery location if the delivery location you have selected is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery point chosen by the carrier.
If you have not received your track and trace number for your shipment, please contact our customer service.
Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you wish to complain about any errors and defects, you must inform us of this. Read more under "Defective products and incorrect products".
If you would like information about your order, please contact customer service, who will do their best to provide you with information about the status of your order.
Delivery methods
Sweden and Norway
In Sweden and Norway your parcel will be delivered to the ParcelShop nearest to the delivery address you have specified when placing the order. You will be informed when the parcel is ready to be picked up.
Other countries
In all other countries than Sweden or Norway, your order will be delivered by courier to either a work or home address. If the delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time. In some areas they will leave the package at the nearest post office and inform you about this.
Currency
The prices on the website are shown in either Euro (EUR), Pounds (GBP), Swedish Kroner (SEK) or Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Please note that the choice of market determines the currency and payment options.
Right of cancellation
(Only applies to consumers)
We offer a 60-day full return policy for unused items purchased in our webshop. This extended right of return only applies if the product has not been used. If, on the other hand, the item has been used or has otherwise lost its commercial value, the rules on depreciation will come into force and you will have a 14-day right of return from the time you receive the item.
You have 14 days to return the product from the moment you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The responsibility for the right of return lies with you as the customer. The return period expires 60 days after the date you receive your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the return period starts on the day you receive the last item. This means that you have 60 days from receipt to return the products and notify us of your wish to cancel the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact information below), about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email), and then you have 14 days in which to return the product to us. You can use this standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased more than one item from us you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they have been purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, features and function of the item, you can only get part of the purchase price back. The amount you get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, the value of the product may be impaired.
Consequences of cancelling your purchase
If you exercise your right of cancellation under this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
However, if you have chosen a delivery method other than our standard delivery, we will only refund the part of the delivery costs corresponding to our standard delivery.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If the item has deteriorated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds can be made via the enclosed return label. The table below shows the costs of using the enclosed label. The refund amount will be deducted from the refund.

If the enclosed return label is not used, you will bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. We would like to point out that regardless of whether our return label is used or not, it is the consumer’s responsibility to pack the return shipment properly and it is the consumer who is liable should damage occur during transport.
You must return the goods or send them to us (DEERHUNTER Sverigesvej 11, port 4, 6100 Haderslev, Att: Return) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us that you were exercising your right to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the parcel to the postal service/carrier.
Custom-made goods – right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are specially made or have been given a clear personal touch (e.g. items with engraving, embroidery, etc.).
Defective and incorrect goods
(Right of complaint)
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a warranty period of 24 months.
If your item is defective or if we have delivered the wrong item to you, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can find our contact details at the bottom of our Terms and Conditions of Sale or in your order confirmation.
Deerhunter checks all goods before dispatch. If your item is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item, we recommend that you return the item via our Claimlane return system. If you discover a fault at the time when the carrier wishes to deliver the item, you should refuse to receive the item.
When you contact customer service, you must state the order number and item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.
You must complain within “a reasonable amount of time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
You are not responsible for any costs associated with the return of a faulty or incorrect item. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a shipping receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Returns
Products purchased on deerhunter.eu must be returned via our return form on Claimlane and cannot be returned, exchanged or returned directly to Deerhunter’s head office at Norgesvej 12, Haderslev.
If you need to return an item to us (e.g. if you have changed your mind or your item is faulty), you must return the item to the following address: Sverigesvej 11, port 4, 6100 Haderslev, Denmark, Attn: Returns.
When making a return, all parts of the product must be returned to us.
When you return an item to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the goods until we have received the goods (physical possession). We therefore recommend that you save your receipt for sending the item.
You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, features and function of the item.
If the value of the item has deteriorated, we will deduct the depreciation from the purchase price that you paid for the item before you receive a refund.
Force majeure
We are not liable to you if circumstances occur after your order that prevent or delay our fulfilment of your order. Such circumstances include external circumstances that people cannot avert, war, mobilisation, breakdown of telecommunications/customer infrastructure, external security incidents (e.g. hacker attacks, attacks by computer viruses or a third party’s destructive behaviour), natural disasters and natural conditions that make it impossible to fulfil your order/purchase, strikes, lockouts, fire, blockades, vandalism, orders from public authorities and/or rights holders, outbreaks of epidemics or pandemics, global health emergencies, and other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
Miscellaneous
Completeness of the Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.
Invalidity
Should one or more of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale be declared invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
Personal data
We treat your personal data confidentially.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone no. and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that we need to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered with F. ENGEL K/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data. The data controller for deerhunter.eu is F. ENGEL K/S. You have the right to be informed about what data we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose we were using it for. Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card details.
Complaints procedure
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, please contact our Customer Service. Our Customer Service can be contacted by telephone, email or ordinary post. You can find the contact details of our Customer Service under 'General information' above.
If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via for Nævnenes Hus. In order to complain, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to Klageportalen to have your complaint processed. If you are resident in an EU country other than Denmark, you can lodge a complaint with the EU Commission’s portal for online dispute resolution here - http://ec.europa.EU/odr
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any agreement entered into between us under these terms and conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
